Vegan

Gluten Free

Gluten-free diet excludes gluten protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Essential for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Rice, corn, quinoa, and buckwheat are safe alternatives.

Lactose Free

Lactose-free diet excludes foods containing lactose, the sugar in milk. Suitable for those with lactose intolerance. Plant-based milk alternatives (almond, oat, soy milk) and lactose-free dairy are preferred.

Keto

Ketogenic diet is based on very low carbohydrate and high fat intake. The body starts using fats for energy (ketosis). Effective for weight loss and blood sugar control. Avocado, eggs, cheese, and healthy fats are key foods.

Paleo

Paleo diet is based on the eating habits of Stone Age humans. Processed foods, grains, legumes, and dairy are excluded. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds are consumed. Focuses on natural and unprocessed foods.

Low Carb

Low carb diet limits bread, pasta, rice, and sugary foods. Emphasizes protein and healthy fats. Effective for blood sugar balance and weight control. Vegetables, meat, fish, and eggs are main foods.

High Protein

High protein diet increases protein intake for muscle development and satiety. Ideal for athletes and active lifestyles. Chicken, fish, eggs, legumes, and dairy are rich protein sources.

Mediterranean Diet

Recipes suitable for a diet rich in olive oil, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and fish; low in red meat and processed foods. Focuses on olive oil instead of butter/margarine, vegetable-legume-centered recipes.

Sugar Free

Recipes without refined sugar (white/brown sugar, powdered sugar, glucose syrup, honey, molasses). Natural fruit sugar or sweeteners like erythritol/stevia are accepted; recipes with sugar are NOT ASSIGNED.

Low Calorie
