How to Make A Feast of Flavor at Home: Vegan Granola
Hello dear kitchen friends! Today I will share with you the recipe for vegan granola, a golden delight. This recipe is full of crunchy nuts and delicious oats. Moreover, it is sweetened with brown sugar and maple syrup. You'll find it much tastier than store-bought when you make it at home. You can enjoy granola either for breakfast or as a sweet snack. I can't describe how wonderful your kitchen will smell during the preparation process, I highly recommend you try it!
- 4 cups Rolled Oats (400g)
- 1/2 cup Walnuts (50g, Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Almonds (75g)
- 1/2 cup Pecans (60g, Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Cashews (75g)
- 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut (30g)
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (109g, Melted)
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup (120ml)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries (75g)
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. We've completed the preparation stage, now let's move on to the fun part!
In a large bowl, mix the oats, walnuts, almonds, pecans, cashews, coconut, sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Make sure all ingredients are well combined.
Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mixture. You'll see that all the oats and nuts are lightly coated, this step is important!
Spread the mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet. Ready to go into the oven, I know you're excited!
Bake for 12 minutes, then remove the tray and stir. Before putting it back in the oven, smooth the mixture again.
Bake once more for 12-15 minutes. When it turns golden, remove from the oven and let it cool.
Once completely cooled, break it into pieces with your hands. You can get pieces of any size you like.
Finally, add the dried cranberries and mix. Your granola is ready to serve!
