- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ cup unsalted butter

- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk (or milk + vinegar)
- ¾ cup frozen corn
