- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (125g)
- 1/2 cup Quick Oats (40g)
- 3 Tablespoons White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/4 cups Soy Milk (300ml) or other plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup Vegan Butter (57g) Melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Vegan Butter or Oil for Frying
First, sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the quick oats, white granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Don't worry, it's very easy!
Then, add the soy milk, melted vegan butter, and vanilla extract. Be careful not to over-mix. Ready? Now we've reached the most enjoyable part!
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, grease it with vegan butter or oil.
Add about 1/4 cup of batter at a time. When the edges of the pancake dry and bubbles form on top, flip it to cook the other side.
