- 1 cup strawberry puree
- 1 cup kiwi puree
- 1 cup orange puree
- 1 packet gelatin
- 2-4 tablespoons Xylitol sugar
- Lemon juice
First, clean the fruits and put them separately in a blender to puree.
Take the strawberry puree into a pot, add one packet of gelatin, four tablespoons of Xylitol sugar, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and cook while stirring.
Pour the mixture into molds and let them set in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Repeat the same process for the kiwi and orange puree. You can adjust the amount of sugar and lemon to your taste.
Once frozen, remove from the mold and serve.
