Chipotle and Black Bean Chili

- 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large red or orange bell pepper, chopped

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 can roasted chopped tomatoes
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
- 4 cans black beans, drained
- Cashew cream
- Tortilla chips, lightly crushed
- Avocado
