Delicious Seeded Quinoa Breakfast Cookies

- 2/3 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
If you don't have pre-cooked quinoa, prepare it at this stage. Don't worry, it's very easy.
Preheat the oven to 176 C and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the cooked quinoa to a medium mixing bowl, then add the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, hemp, and chia seeds and mix well.
