- 3 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup butter, at room temperature
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Don't worry, it's very easy!
Add the egg, molasses, and vanilla extract. Continue beating until the mixture is smooth. Are you ready?
