- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
First, grease your mini loaf pan well with butter and set aside. Preparations are complete!
Mix gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, sugar, and yeast well in a bowl. The foundation of the flavor you're looking for is laid here.
Now add milk, cream, and egg yolks. Use an electric mixer to make the mixture homogeneous. Don't worry, it's very easy!
Add butter and salt, continue until the dough is well mixed. Now things are getting better!
Transfer the dough to the mold, smooth it with a wet spatula. Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rest for about 45 minutes.
Mix egg yolk and melted butter, spread it nicely over the dough.
Set the oven to 160 degrees (325 F) and preheat it. Place your brioche in the middle of the oven, bake for about 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Let the loaf cool in the mold for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely. Make sure it is completely cool before slicing.
