- 1/3 Cup Tahini (80g)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/8 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (Extra Virgin, plus more for drizzling)
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Slice the peppers and remove the seeds. Place the slices on a baking tray and roast. Don't worry, it's very easy!
Transfer the roasted peppers to a bowl, cover with foil, and let sit for 15 minutes. During this time, the skins will peel off easily.
