- 400 g shredded kadaif
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup crushed walnuts
- 1 liter milk
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 g vanilla
- 100 ml cream
Break the kadaif into small pieces with your hands. This step is very fun, don't worry!
Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and kadaif, and start toasting. The wonderful aroma of kadaif will fill your kitchen.
Once the kadaif is nicely colored and crispy, turn off the heat, add the walnuts, and set aside.
To prepare the pudding, add flour to a pot and roast until the flour's aroma disappears. Be patient at this point, add the butter once the aroma is gone.
Quickly stir in the milk. Add vanilla and sugar, and cook until smooth.
Once the pudding reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat and set aside to cool slightly.
When it cools, add the cream and make it smooth. Now you're at the most enjoyable part!
Layer the kadaif at the bottom of the dish, pour the pudding over it, and cover again with kadaif. It's ready! Enjoy.
