Ready to start this flavor feast in your kitchen?
- 1 (400 ml) can of coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons agar powder (100% pure)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/3 cup sauerkraut juice (warm)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tapioca flour
First, grease a small or medium-sized bowl with a neutral oil and set aside.
Add coconut milk, nutritional yeast, agar powder, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to a saucepan. Mix well.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Once it starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix sauerkraut juice with tapioca flour. Add this mixture to the saucepan and cook for another minute.
Pour the cheese sauce into the prepared bowl immediately. Be quick, as it will solidify fast. Smooth with a spatula.
Let the bowl cool until just warm, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
