- 1 and a half cups of flour
- 1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of plant-based milk (such as almond, soy, or oat)
- 2 tablespoons of apple puree
- 1 teaspoon of white or apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of melted peanut butter
- 9 soft dates
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 cup of plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or you can use sugar)
- 3/4 cup of vegan chocolate chips or chunks
- 1/4 cup of coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons of roasted peanuts
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Let your oven heat up while you prepare.
Take the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix them. Then add the liquid ingredients to another large bowl, mixing well until the sugar dissolves.
Now add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth batter.
