Winter Energy: Colorful Fruit Salad

- 2 medium oranges, sliced and cut into 1-2.5 cm pieces
- 1 small honeycrisp apple, cut into 1-2.5 cm pieces
- 2 firm, slightly unripe kiwis, peeled and cut into 1 cm pieces
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint leaves
Slice the oranges: Cut off the top and bottom of the orange on a cutting board, then peel and slice them. Cut the slices into 1-2.5 cm pieces.
Slice the apple: Leave the skin on, cut into approximately 2.5 cm slices, and remove the cores.
Slice the kiwi: Cut off the ends, peel, and cut into 1-2.5 cm pieces.
Place all the fruits in a mixing bowl. Add lime juice and honey on top, and mix well.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and freshly chopped mint. It looks amazing!
