Hello! Today I want to share with you a recipe that is both healthy and full of flavor: Gluten-Free Granola Bars. These bars, which you can easily prepare at home, will not only satisfy your sweet cravings but also serve as a healthy snack. They are quite simple to make, believe me! Make a batch and store them in the fridge to keep your energy up all day. Let's get into the kitchen and have some fun!
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup oat flour
- 4 tablespoons dried currants
- 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Set your oven to 175 degrees. Now take the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients well. It's like creating a work of art!
In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients - honey, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix everything well to obtain a sticky mass.
Line your baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly on the tray, flatten, and press it down.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. After baking, let it cool for 20-30 minutes.
Once cooled, cut into bars approximately 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. Wrap your bars in parchment paper and store them in a covered container.
