- 1 cup raw cashews
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2-3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1/4-1/3 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
