Red Lentil Bread Rolls
Hello dear kitchen friends! Today, I want to share a recipe that will replace classic breads: Red Lentil Bread Rolls. These breads are both nutritious and delicious, and they contain no flour, gluten, or sugar. Let's brighten up your kitchen with this healthy option!
- 1 cup red lentils
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- 2 ¼ tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional seeds
First, wash the lentils thoroughly and soak them overnight. They will become soft, don't worry!
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line your tray with parchment paper.
Mix the soaked lentils, water, flaxseed, psyllium husk, and salt in a food processor. Continue until you get a sticky dough!
Add the baking soda, baking powder, and lemon juice. Mix well, now things are getting good!
Lightly moisten your hands, divide the dough into 4 pieces. You can decorate the top with seeds if you like.
Bake your rolls for 23-25 minutes. Enjoy them once completely cooled!
